- Depending on the room type, it may vary, but Standard Terrace can accommodate up to 5 people. If you exceed the capacity, please make your own judgment accordingly.
If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, an extra charge per additional guest will be applied.

About our facility
- What amenities do you have?
- Shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, bath towel, hand towel, hand soap, toothbrush, and pajamas
The pajamas we provide are one-size-fits-all for adults. If necessary for children, please bring them yourself. - Is there Wi-Fi?
- Yes.
- Do you have cookware?
- We have a simple sink, kitchen knife, cutting board, and electric kettle.
Bringing fire-causing devices is not allowed, so please use our installed rental BBQ stove. (Paid service)
We do not have pots or frying pans prepared. - Do you have tableware?
- We will provide dishes, chopsticks, spoons, and forks for the number of guests.
- Is it possible to have a BBQ even if it rains?
- Yes. Our private BBQ space has a roof and walls (window). In case of bad weather, we ask that you have a meal in a shared BBQ space (a space with a large roof).
- Do you have an air conditioner and heater?
- Yes. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner and heater, so you can comfortably stay at our facility.
- Do you have a parking lot?
- Yes. We have a free parking lot.

- Until when can I order meals?
- Please order meals at least 5 days before your stay.
- What do you sell at the administration building?
- Some kinds of drinks are sold.
- Do I have to pay a fee for bringing ingredients and beverages?
- No.
You can bring your favorite ingredients and beverages. Please enjoy your original BBQ! - Is it possible to bring my BBQ stove?
- I am afraid bringing fire-causing devices is not allowed.
- Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?
- There are convenience stores and grocery stores within a 5-min drive. You can also find some stores that sell Wakayama’s fresh ingredients.
- Is it possible to order only breakfast?
- Yes. Please select your meal from options.

- Can I do fireworks?
- Fireworks are allowed until 9:00 PM. Please take caution and handle them safely.
